Biden Selects Granholm To Lead Energy Department

According to news reports, president-elect Joe Biden is likely to select former Michigan governor Jennifer Granholm for the secretary of energy post.

Granholm served as the Attorney General of Michigan from 1999 till 2003. She also worked as the governor of Michigan from 2003 till 2011. It is interesting to note that she was the first woman governor of Michigan, and she made Clean Energy development a Hallmark of the administration.
